This position is for a Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Test Solutions Lead supporting enterprise‑level production test capability, factory capacity growth, and munitions acceleration programs across the RTX portfolio.
The CGO Test Solutions Lead serves as the strategic interface between Test Solutions and the Capacity Growth Office (CGO), driving scalable, composable, and production‑ready test architectures needed to support over $1B in active and near‑term production acceleration initiatives.
This leader ensures alignment across factories, suppliers, and programs, enabling coordinated delivery of test capability, automation, capital deployment, and roadmaps required to meet takt, throughput, and capacity growth commitments.
This role represents a large enterprise‑scale test execution leadership position that influences long‑range planning, commonality, and cross‑program decision making across multiple munitions and sensor production lines.
The CGO Test Solutions Lead will define production test strategy, guide capital investment sequencing, mitigate enterprise‑level test risk, and drive the transition toward composable and common test solutions that enable sustained factory growth.
Primary tasking is in Tucson, AZ with a minimum expectation of onsite presence in Tucson for at least one (1) week every month. This role is classified as Onsite.
The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD.
