Job summary

Coalition is seeking a senior-relations role to manage day-to-day operations with its insurance and reinsurance carrier partners, handling data sharing, audits, and contract compliance. You will coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to support delegated authority structures.

The candidate should have deep (re)insurance experience and excel at building relationships with traditional carriers, while driving execution across capacity strategy in a fast-growing, remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reinsurance experience, or relevant experience at an insurance carrier or MGA.
• Strong organizational and project managing skills.
• Operational experience or legal contract wording background a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (excellent communicator and collaborator).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Self-directed and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Coalition’s insurance and reinsurance carrier partners, including ensuring seamless communication and data sharing with external carrier partners and coordinating teams internally in support of carrier partner needs.
• Support regular audits, due diligence and compliance requests with all carrier partners.
• Facilitate the drafting and review of legal documents and contract wording with Coalition legal and carrier partners, and ensure compliance with carrier contracts and guidelines.
• Engage with strategic broking partners that support capacity relationships.
• Direct internal product development needs to support carrier partners.
