The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, supporting audits, and coordinating internal teams. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in reinsurance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reinsurance experience or relevant experience at an insurance carrier or MGA.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Operational experience or legal contract wording background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Coalition's insurance and reinsurance carrier partners.
• Support regular audits, due diligence, and compliance requests.
• Facilitate the drafting and review of legal documents with Coalition legal and carrier partners.
