Ladders is seeking a Capacity Program Manager to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role coordinates carrier capacity-related operations across internal teams and external partners, with emphasis on reinsurance and contractual execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $135,000 - $180,000 annually. This position suits a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive high-quality operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reinsurance experience or relevant insurance carrier/MGA role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Operational experience or legal contract expertise is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Self-directed and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with insurance and reinsurance carrier partners.
• Support audits, due diligence, and compliance requests with carrier partners.
• Facilitate drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensure contractual compliance.
• Engage with strategic broking partners for capacity relationships.
• Direct internal product development to support carrier partners.

The position will support the business by keeping partner processes organized, compliant, and moving forward while helping to enable product development tied to carrier capacity. It is well suited for a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive high-quality operational outcomes.

Compensation: $135,000 - $180,000 annually
