Job summary

Gallagher Re is seeking a highly experienced US Capacity Lead to expand and strengthen carrier relationships across the US program business. You will guide capacity strategies, engage with MGAs, DUAs, and Coverholders, and lead negotiations to optimize fronting structures.

You will operate with strong commercial acumen, credibility, and a deep understanding of the US insurance landscape, balancing growth with sustainable partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the US insurance market.
• Experience with insurance carriers, MGAs, and delegated authority/program business.
• Strong understanding of delegated authority and fronting structures.
• Proven ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships across the US insurance market, including carriers and delegated authority platforms.
• Lead sourcing, structuring and execution of capacity arrangements for Program Solutions clients.
• Lead negotiations relating to carrier agreements and fronting structures.
• Partner with leadership to develop scalable capacity strategies across the portfolio.
• Provide market insights and identify growth opportunities for the US program and delegated authority landscape.
