Gallagher Re is seeking a highly experienced US Capacity Lead to join the Global Program Solutions team. This role focuses on expanding Gallagher Re’s US carrier relationships and strengthening our program business portfolio, leveraging market insights and delegated authority knowledge.

You will engage carriers, MGAs and fronting partners, shape capacity strategies, and work with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and scalable solutions across programs.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience within the US insurance market.
• Experience with carriers, wholesalers, MGAs, delegated authority/program business.
• Strong executive presence and relationship management skills.

Mansioni

• Build and manage strategic relationships across the US insurance market.
• Lead the sourcing, structuring and execution of capacity arrangements for Program Solutions clients.
• Lead negotiations relating to carrier agreements, delegated authority arrangements and fronting structures.
• Partner with Program Solutions leadership to develop scalable capacity strategies across the portfolio.
• Provide insight into market conditions, competitive dynamics and emerging trends impacting the US program landscape.
• Represent Gallagher Re Global Program Solutions in client, carrier and market engagements.
