Job summary

Hadrian is building the most advanced manufacturing platform and seeks a Workforce Systems Analyst to own the content and data that train technicians across our factories.

You will structure raw capability information into skills matrices, documentation, and compliance courses, maintain revision control, and collaborate with SMEs to publish accurate handbooks and LMS assets, enabling scalable training programs on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail: you catch errors, inconsistencies, and gaps before they become problems.
• Knowledge translation: you convert unstructured info into clear, structured content across systems.
• Revision control: you manage updates through approved standards and keep content accurate.
• Systems literacy: you learn new tools quickly and work across multiple platforms.
• Organization: you manage a queue of requests and maintain status.
• Communication: you gather requirements from SMEs and partners to close loops.

Responsibilities

• Capability Knowledge Coding: structure raw capability data into system entries, docs, and evaluations.
• Content Revisioning: manage revisions across docs and content with proper controls.
• New Process Documentation: work with SMEs to document new processes after clearance.
• Trainee Handbooks: develop handbooks outlining foundational knowledge per role.
• Documentation Maintenance: audit and publish content; manage access for audits.
• Skills Matrix Administration: maintain data in the matrix platform.
• LMS Administration: maintain and create LMS content for compliance topics.
• System Hygiene: keep spaces, data, and certs ready for audits.
