Hadrian, a leader in advanced manufacturing platforms, seeks a Workforce Systems Analyst to own documentation, skills tracking, and compliance content across multiple systems. You will translate SME information into structured content and ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness on the factory floor.

You will maintain LMS data, develop trainee handbooks, and collaborate with Training Specialists to implement new processes with clear documentation and revision control.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail; you catch errors and gaps before problems arise.
• Translate raw or unstructured SME information into structured content.
• Manage updates through proper revision controls and standards.
• Learn and work across multiple platforms with discipline.
• Organize documentation requests and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with SMEs, Training Leads, and partners to close loops.

Responsibilities

• Structure raw capability information into system entries (skills, docs, evaluations, courses).
• Manage revision control and publish updates across systems.
• Create documentation for new processes after clearance.
• Develop trainee handbooks outlining foundational knowledge per role.
• Audit and maintain training docs across active stations for compliance.
• Enter and update skills data in the matrix platform.
• Maintain LMS data and craft e-learning content for compliance topics.
• Ensure documentation spaces and records are accurate and auditable.
