Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Facility & Platform Integration Capability Lead (Staff Systems Engineer – Level 5) to join our team in Roy, UT (and other locations) for the Sentinel program. You will lead systems engineering activities across E3 and Ground Systems, defining interfaces and verification methods.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong MBSE skills, and experience with Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw. A flexible schedule and relocation support are part of our package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12 years of experience; or master’s with 10 years; or PhD with 8 years.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance, current within last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
• 4 years of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3 years of MBSE practices and tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDraw).
• 5 years of experience in C2, physical security, cybersecurity, NC3, and related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop systems engineering artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems threads.
• Develop shielding, filtering, grounding, and TEMPEST requirements and facility architecture.
• Develop and ensure system requirements are properly represented in models.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying model techniques and processes for model development and tool integration.
