The role emphasizes systems engineering leadership, requirements allocation, and MBSE in a high-security environment.

Qualifications include a STEM degree with 12+ years’ experience or advanced degrees with fewer years, active DoD Secret clearance, and MBSE tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12 years’ experience or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Must hold US citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance; SAP access possible.
• Experience in MBSE and requirements management across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small systems engineering team to develop artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems.
• Define shielding, filtering, grounding, and TEMPEST requirements and facility architecture.
• Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to requirements management and model development.
