Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 2+ years in requirements development or MBSE
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with investigation within 6 years
• Experience with DOORS or similar tool for requirements management
• Experience in ICBM or complex aerospace/defense systems

Responsibilities

• Model-Based Systems Engineering and development of requirements and models
• Coordinate with System Engineering Teams and Trade studies
• Define high-level functional and performance requirements and verification methods
• Create technical charts demonstrating milestone readiness
• Identify contractual deliverables and drive updates to closure
• Collaborate with diverse engineering teams to manage the technical baseline
