Job summary

University of California, San Francisco is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to support a DHHS-funded CAP-CT program. You will handle project operations, timelines, data collection and reporting, and coordinate meetings, materials, and expenditures.

The role requires independent work, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and proven proficiency with MS Office, LMS platforms, and survey tools

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of common organization- or research-specific computer programs.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask with demanding timeframes.
• Experience with Qualtrics/REDCap or other surveying platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with CME coordination and LMS usage.
• Experience working with consumers of educational courses/academic institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with researching and applying relevant policies.
• Collect, manage, analyze and report data.
• Prepare and update program materials, protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas and minutes.
• Draft and update documents; manage program-related purchases and expense reports.
• Conduct literature searches and reviews; support manuscript preparation.
• Provide oversight on learning management systems and analytics reporting.
• Support marketing communications and website management across projects.
