Statewide Windows & Doors, a nationally ranked remodeling company, is seeking a Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

This role offers a base salary plus commission and overrides, plus a company vehicle and gas allowance. You will hire and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts, set daily and weekly goals, and manage schedules and territories.

• Proven experience managing a canvassing team; strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Comfortable working in the field and in outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage field operations.

Compensation & Perks

• $100,000–$150,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
