Job summary

Superior is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on a Conesville, Ohio site. The role requires coordinating project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring timely project completion.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager and play a key role in risk management, client relations, and adherence to safety standards, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of project operations/project management experience in commercial construction or equivalent field operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management or Engineering or related field; Construction Management certificate is a plus.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software and safety certifications (OSHA 10/30).

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects, scheduling resources, and ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen to progress and complete projects.
• Create and manage full project schedules from kickoff to closeout.
• Oversee project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost to complete.
• Negotiate changes and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
