Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years in social work, management, or public administration.
• Master's degree plus 2 years in social work, management, or public administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as practice expert for CANS and FAST implementation to support case planning.
• Coordinate and ensure CANS/FAST compliance across counties.
• Provide coaching and training to county staff on GPS practices and core skills.
• Monitor data submissions to CAPSS and ensure timely re-submissions as required.
• Update training curriculum and materials to reflect policy changes.
• Conduct quality reviews of FAST and advise counties on assessment practices.
