Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs and product knowledge
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain store presence, stocking, and cleanliness
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Perform tasks at assigned workstations (Front of House, Back of House, Maintenance)
