Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist for our Reno dispensary. You will engage one-on-one with patients and customers, helping select products and educating on consumption methods and safety.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service in a retail setting. You will also support store operations, maintain compliance with cannabis regulations, manage front-of-house tasks, inventory, and order fulfillment, and assist the management team to ensure smooth daily

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Age 21 or older and able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Compliance with cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and assist with product education.
• Recommend appropriate products and consumption methods based on customer needs.
• Keep store stocked, clean, and compliant with regulations.
• Assist in validating deliveries and supporting store operations.
• Follow security procedures and maintain patient/customer information securely.
• Support management with daily tasks and issue handling.
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis rules.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on GTI products.
