Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in our dispensary, educate on products and safe consumption, and recommend suitable regimens. You will support daily operations, ensure compliance, and help maintain a welcoming environment for patients and guests.

The role requires 21+ with reliable attendance, background checks, and the ability to work varied shifts. Experience with POS systems and a strong customer-service mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year or more in customer service; retail experience preferred
• Flexible to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks; compliant with cannabis industry rules
• Able to operate POS, computer, and standard office software

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail dispensary
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend suitable regimens based on needs and knowledge of products
• Maintain positive, patient- and customer-oriented store environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store standards
• Keep shelves stocked and maintain store presentation
• Handle front-of-house and back-of-house duties as assigned
