Green Thumb Industries seeks a friendly Personal Care Specialist to greet customers, guide product selection, and ensure a positive, compliant shopping experience in our dispensary. You will educate shoppers, assist with checkout, stock shelves, and uphold safety standards.

Shifts vary across mornings, days, nights, and weekends. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but you must meet age and background requirements and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Compliant with all laws and GTI policies for cannabis employment
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsabilités

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on needs
• Support store operations and compliance with rules and regulations
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain stock and store presentation
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Perform duties at assigned workstations across Front of House, Back of House, and Maintenance
