Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in retail.
• Flexible to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass required background checks for cannabis employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Compliance with all local, state cannabis regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a retail cannabis setting.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay up to date on GTI products.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist operations.
• Follow security and safety procedures while staying compliant.
