Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and educational guidance to customers and patients.

You will handle product information, learn ongoing cannabis education, manage transactions at the POS, and help ensure compliance with state regulations while supporting managers and other advisors.

Experience in retail or hospitality and a willingness to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and application methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Assist with inventory, displays, and ordering.
• Complete transactions at POS and ensure METRC/BioTrack updates.
• Maintain clean workstation and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors.
• Stock and replenish inventory.
• Understand compliance regulations.
• Handle customer orders for pick-up.
