Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, provide educational consulting, and assist with patient record management where required.

This full-time role supports a busy retail environment and involves guiding customers through cannabis products and usage options. The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1–2 years in retail or hospitality, and the ability to pass a background check and state badge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and compliant with local/state regulations.
• Background check and appropriate state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and product usage methods.
• Able to use computers and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
• Knowledge of laws related to cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage options.
• Help navigate product selection and ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain clean workstation and comply with inventory systems.
• Complete transactions at the POS and update inventory systems.
• Support managers and fellow Cannabis Advisors as needed.
