Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Background check and state badging as directed by state ordinances.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, methods, and efficacy (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Assist in a fast-paced retail environment and support managers and other Cannabis Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Verify online orders before pickup; ensure accuracy in the METRC/BioTrack inventory system.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
