Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and provide product education.
• Help customers navigate product types, methods and efficacy.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide information on cannabis products while avoiding medical advice.
• Maintain ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Keep workstation and store front clean, organized and sanitized.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
• Understand and apply compliance regulations per local/state laws.
• Stock, merchandise and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory.
• Complete transactions at the POS and update METRC/BioTrack inventory.
