Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Undergo a criminal background check and obtain state badging as directed.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Act as a cannabis customer care advocate.
• Educate customers on product types, methods, and efficacy (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support management and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
• Follow local/state compliance regulations and METRC/ BioTrack systems.
• Stock and replenish displays of inventory.
• Process transactions at POS and update inventory systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
