Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional, individualized customer service and educational consulting in our Prescott retail location.

You will greet customers, educate them on cannabis products, assist with purchases, and help ensure accurate online orders and compliant operations in a fast-paced team setting.

Candidates should be 21+, have 1–2 years in retail or hospitality, and be eager to learn cannabinoids and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience (1–2 years).
• Must be 21+ years old and compliant with state/local regulations.
• Background check and state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage.
• Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand federal, state and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service.
• Advise customers and patients on cannabis products and usage (not medical advice).
• Help customers navigate products and educate on types, methods, and efficacy.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and store front; sanitize as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up; process transactions at POS.
• Comply with detailed local/state regulations and METRC-like systems.
