Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Advisor in Malvern to greet customers, advocate cannabis customer care, and help patients navigate product options as a wellness choice.

You will build rapport with regular customers, process transactions at the POS, maintain compliance with METRC and state regulations, stock displays, and participate in ongoing cannabis education and training. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years retail or hospitality experience are required, plus background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use office software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State and local cannabis laws and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and educate on product options.
• Help customers navigate cannabis use as a wellness product.
• Build rapport with regular customers for repeat business.
• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment and assist team.
• Provide product information and ensure accurate order pick-up and compliance.
• Maintain clean workstation and store front, stock displays.
• Process POS transactions and update inventory systems (METRC, BioTrack).
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
