Job summary

Verano in Malvern, PA is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and educational guidance on cannabis products. You will work full-time with open availability, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will help customers navigate product options, assist with order accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a clean, organized shop floor and coworker support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks and state badges.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids, terpenes and product use.
• Familiar with computers, printers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate on cannabis products and usage as wellness items.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Stock displays and maintain a clean, compliant storefront.
• Assist with online orders and regulatory compliance.
