Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Compliance with all legal or company cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on needs.
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory and store presentation.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
