Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Background check and state badging required as directed by state ordinances.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Know Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their uses as wellness items (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory system accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
