Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers from entry to checkout at our Pittsburgh-area dispensary.

You will educate guests on products and dosing methods, recommend safe regimens, support store operations, verify deliveries, maintain stocking and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with applicable cannabis regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth, compliant retail activity.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist in inventory tasks.
• Maintain store appearance, stock, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow security measures and safety procedures.
• Assist in addressing customer questions and issues as directed by management.
