Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Reno, NV is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, and assist with patient record management where required.

You will greet customers, stay compliant with state and local regulations, handle POS transactions, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. A background in retail or hospitality and a willingness to learn about cannabinoids are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
