Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a personable Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in our Nevada dispensary. You’ll guide shoppers from check-in to checkout and tailor product recommendations to individual needs.

You’ll educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety, while maintaining compliance with state regulations and store policies. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21+ and eligible for cannabis employment.
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Ability to pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Compliant with all cannabis laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
