Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to assist patients and customers in our dispensary, helping with product education, safety guidance, and personalized recommendations. You will support daily store operations and maintain a welcoming, compliant environment for all visitors.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to work flexible shifts, and a commitment to learning GTI products and cannabis regulations. Prior cannabis experience is not required but helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate patients and customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens using product knowledge and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, patient- and customer-oriented work environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations.
