Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to engage customers in our dispensary, help them select products, and provide education on usage and safety. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming retail environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, availability for varied shifts, and the ability to navigate POS systems while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA considerations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and eligible for cannabis employment.
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be able to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper shelf stocking.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations.
