Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must pass all background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused store environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance
• Ensure cannabis regulations are enforced and store presence is maintained
• Maintain inventory and back-of-house duties as assigned
• Follow security and safety procedures
