Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to work in the cannabis industry as per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer inquiries and needs.

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.

• Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Continuously update product knowledge through training and research.
