Nirvana Cannabis is hiring Support Staff to join a fast-paced, family-owned dispensary team. You will greet customers, educate guests on products, verify IDs to ensure compliance, process transactions using our POS, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression
• Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods
• Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
