You will greet customers, answer questions about strains and consumption, operate the front-end duties, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. Applicants should have a positive attitude, basic retail experience, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to appropriate products.
• Answer questions about cannabis strains, medical use, and consumption methods.
• Operate front desk duties and the Dutchie POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow state regulations and company policies at all times.
