Job summary

Nirvana Cannabis is hiring for Support Staff across multiple Phoenix locations. Join a family-owned cannabis retailer and help guide customers to medical or recreational products while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn about cannabis. Training is provided in reception, floor support, and point-of-sale operations in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must meet state requirements for cannabis employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate queue.
• Operate the call center and answer questions about cannabis products.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Follow MVP/Scan, tag and bag cash handling procedures and store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with opening/closing tasks.
