Ascend Wellness Holdings, Laurel, MD is expanding and hiring Part-Time Dispensary Associates to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience with informed recommendations. You will ensure accurate product descriptions and operate in a fast-paced, compliant retail environment.

Typically 15–29 hours per week with flexible AM/PM shifts and weekend availability. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and precise POS cash handling while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail cannabis environment.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must comply with state/local cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while assisting with purchases.
