Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering education on cannabis products.
• Assist customers in selecting products and applying cross-selling techniques.
• Verify documentation, process orders, and handle cash in POS per SOPs.
• Keep records and maintain inventory/stock displays in compliance with state regulations.
