Sunnyside, a Cresco Labs brand, is hiring a Wellness Advisor to assist customers in selecting cannabis products. You will leverage customer service skills, product knowledge and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience from check-in through checkout.

Role emphasizes consultative selling, product education, and adherence to regulatory standards, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, compliant cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and product information in a consultative manner.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the body.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and move around the dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Conduct consultations and address questions or complaints; escalate when needed.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and creating a welcoming environment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects on the body.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify orders for accuracy and perform bag/receipt checks.
• Label, package and ensure stock meets compliance.
