Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Act as an advocate of cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their uses as wellness items (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide information on product types, methods and efficacy.
• Participate in ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and fellow Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation/shop area.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
• Understand and apply applicable state/local compliance regulations.
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of inventory.
• Process transactions at the POS and update inventory systems accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
