Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with state/local regulations.
• Background check and state badging may be required.
• Interest in cannabinoids and product education.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software.
• Understand cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store front.
• Complete transactions at the POS and verify online orders.
• Follow compliance regulations and inventory controls.
• Assist managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Stock and replenish displays of inventory.
• Support in a fast-paced retail environment.
