Job summary

Verano in Florida seeks a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers about cannabinoids and product applications, and assist with patient record management where applicable.

You will greet shoppers, explain product types and methods, ensure accurate online orders, maintain a clean workspace, and comply with state regulations while supporting store management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and common software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and wellness uses (not medical advice).
• Help customers navigate products and navigate the education process.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store front.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure accurate inventory in METRC/BioTrack.
