Job summary

Cresco Labs, Sunnyside Wellness Advisor, helps customers choose cannabis products with a consultative, compliant approach and represents the company’s mission in a welcoming, professional way. • Must have strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply cannabis product information in a consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and variations.
• Assist with product selection, order fulfillment, and checkout.
• Verify IDs and documentation for compliance.
• Assist in keeping inventory, stocking, and store organization.
• Handle cash in POS following SOPs.
