Savvyherb in Florida is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide personalized customer service, educate customers on cannabis as a wellness product, and assist with patient record management in a busy retail setting.

You will help customers choose products, ensure compliance with state laws, manage inventory, and complete transactions accurately while maintaining a clean workspace.

The role requires 21+, a high school diploma and willingness to learn about cannabinoids; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and methods for wellness.
• Assist customers in product selection and navigation.
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations.
• Manage inventory and complete POS transactions accurately.
• Keep workstation/storefront clean, organized and sanitized.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
• Pursue ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Stock and merchandise displays of inventory.
• Understand and apply regulatory requirements.
