Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cannabis Advisor in Florida to provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting to customers and patients alike.

The role includes helping customers navigate cannabis products, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining accurate records and inventory. A background in retail or hospitality and readiness to learn about cannabinoids is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging as directed by state ordinances.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, types, methods, and efficacy.
• Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Assist with inventory stocking, merchandising, and replenishment of displays.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory accuracy in tracking systems.
