Job summary

Cresco Labs' Sunnyside Wellness Advisor will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, acting as a brand ambassador to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will guide recreational and medicinal customers through product education, while ensuring state compliance and accurate order processing from check-in to checkout.

We offer flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with part-time schedules around peak hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and product information in a consultative manner.
• Able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by actively listening and understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Assist in order accuracy, labeling and repackaging as needed.
• Handle cash transactions following SOPs.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory and store activities.
• Perform regular inventory counts and keep stock organized.
• Support merchandising and store cleanliness and safety.
